I just tried the new 300dpi software by DCWV at the CHA show and it was AMAZING. I am not very much into digiscrap but it was very cool to use it!

Hi I ask this question the other day I have not got a answer or at least I think I did? I am newbie to pc and digiscrap. What is fileformat RAR?
I cant acess anything or view it if its in that format.JMPG,GIF,BMP all but that one what is it and what do I need to view it?
