Whether you only need a few invitations or many, making your own by using stamps and other paper crafting tools and products will help you create a one of a kind look that can be carried over to all your wedding stationery and paper crafted items.
Choose the envelopes you plan to use for your invitation and then design the message for your invitation, based on the size of the envelope. Print the message on the invitation.
Create a mask for the floral stamps, using mask paper or sticky notes. Cut them out. Place the clear stamp on the acrylic block and then ink with pigment ink. Stamp the images which will be the background flowers.
Place a mask over those background flowers and then stamp the foreground flowers, leaving the mask in place. Remove the mask after stamping.
Using chalks, color the flowers. Add a touch of glitter, first applying glue from the glue pen and then apply glitter, working over the glitter powder tray. Allow to dry.
Shake off excess glitter and return to container by using the brush from the glitter powder tray, sweeping it into and out the corner.
Wrap sheer ribbon around the bottom of the printed and stamped page.
Layer over the card base, using permanent adhesive or 3D Dots for added dimension.
Decorate the envelope in the same way if desired.
Use these same techniques to decorate place cards and other coordinating stationery and decor pieces.
