Brighten up any décor with this cheery bucket of paper pinwheel flowers!

Instructions

STEP 1:

Take your pinwheel toy and dismantle it. Trace it onto your patterned papers. Each pinwheel flower requires 2 patterns cut. Ink edges and punch a small hole in the middle of each of the traced pinwheels, as well as at the end of each tip.

STEP 2:

Layer 2 of your patterns and fold each tip down one at a time onto the large brad coming through the middle of the flower. Close brad.

STEP 3:

Add a layered scallop circle (with inked edges on each layer) to the middle of each flower and a button on top of that.

STEP 4:

Glue the pinwheel flowers to the wooden skewers and place into the Styrofoam that is in the bottom of the vase.

STEP 5:

The smaller flowers are created from layering the scalloped circle and a plain circle with a button in the middle. Adhere these to wooden skewers and place in the vase.
