Instructions
STEP
1:
Choose Abrianna patterned paper for cones.

Trace the large cone pattern and cut out three cones. Punch the top edge using the Diamond Lace Scallop Edger.

Trace and cut three additional cones from the smaller pattern. Add adhesive border strips to the top of the cones.
STEP

Create a dangly charm to hang from the party cone. Thread a wire onto a crystal bead. Add pearls and crystals to it. Hot glue into the bottom of the cone.

To make the cones hang, punch an office-sized hand punch into patterned paper. Then punch a scalloped circle around it to make a hole protector for paper. Glue the scallops with the holes in them on each side of the cone. Punch a hole in the cone through the scallop. Thread ribbon through the hole and knot it several times. Tie the ribbon into a bow so you can undo the cone and use it as a party favor for your guests.

Make each cone as unique as your guest. Add gems, stickers, die-cuts, and chipboard.

Fill them full of candy, bath goodies, or toys.
