If your child loves the Sesame Street characters and you love to recycle things than you’ll be happy to know that this project incorporates both of those things.  You can use this technique for for any theme. It will be so much fun making it together.

Instructions

STEP 1:

Adhere pieces of black and green paper to fit the width of the lid of your box.

STEP 2:

Cut three - 3 inch circles from pink paper, and three 2 inch circles from green paper. Layer and adhere

STEP 3:

Cut a 6 inch circle from pink paper and adhere, with strip of lighter pink paper overlapping it.

STEP 4:

Add stickers and chipboard letters. My daughter saves her school papers that she would otherwise discard, and returns them to school to recycle. This box makes a great “fun” place to house those papers until they are delivered! This project may even inspire your child to get organized!
