I made this For my little Bell i lost almost 2 yrs ago, on father Day Made for the Fringe Scissors May Challenge

I used a Finish It 3.5x3.5 Memory Frame i use Mod Podge to attach blue paper from K&Company then painted the outside with Apple Barrel, Regency Blue. Then sanded it to made side even. i used K & Company green paper to make grass, had to cut my own fringe. i used Quick-Dry Tacky Glue to attach grass. Then added rub-ons and stickers made by Special Moments. i use pop-dot to have then stick out a little. Really enjoy doing this. it was something different, had never tried.
