Instructions

STEP 1:

Stamp image onto cardstock and color with distress inks on an inking tool (sky) and colored pencils (all else). You could also use chalks.

STEP 2:

Apply Liquid Applique to anywhere you want "snow" and sprinkle with glitter. Tap off excess glitter.

STEP 3:

Using your embossing tool, apply heat to the applique, puffing it out to make "snow."
