A dear friend is going through chemo therapy due to breast cancer. I wanted to do something special for her. So made her the popular no sew blanket she can take to her chemo appointments. One side is solid and the other side is squares of flowers, pink ribbons, or words. To personalize it I found a couple of old pictures and copied them on to fabric. Then cut into a heart shape and put on some simple embroidery stitches. It was a simple project but adding the personal touches to show my thoughts and prayers are with her always.
