Cut tulle into 4 inch wide lengths. Loosely stitch along one long end and gather into rosette shape.

Cut ribbon into 12 inch lengths. Loosely stitch along one long end and gather into rosette shape.
STEP
3:
Hot glue ribbon rosette to tulle rosette.
STEP
4:
Add sticker to rosette center.
STEP
5:
Attach to swaged teal tulle with straight pins.
